The Duluth Fall Festival Concert Presents “On The Border” on Saturday, September 10th on Duluth Town Green at 6:30 PM. It will be a night you don’t want to miss! “On The Border” is from Charlotte, N.C. and they continue to be touted as the most authentic sounding Eagles Tribute band in the country!
