Police say you're welcome to use their parking lot and lobby to meet up for online transactions.

DULUTH, GA -- A Duluth man thought he was buying an iPhone last week. Instead, he bought a rock.

The seller pulled up in his vehicle, took the man’s money, handed him an iPhone box, then sped off.
