Eddie Owen Presents North Georgia Barbershop Singers

The North Georgia Barbershop Singers have been entertaining sell out audiences at the Cumming Playhouse for many years. Now they are bringing the harmony found only in
old time barbershop singing to the Red Clay Music Foundry.

You won’t want to miss this performance. One of the goals of the chorus is to put a smile on the faces of the audience. The chorus sings up-beat songs that are sure to lift your spirits. They may even make you laugh with their “corny” jokes and comical songs.

The North Georgia Barbershop Singers are excited to bring their style of music to Duluth because Duluth’s motto is, ‘where everything old is renewed again,’ and their city slogan is, ‘pride in old and new.

The North Georgia Barbershop Singers are members of the Barbershop Harmony Society under the registered name of Lake Lanier Georgia Chapter, SPEBSQSA, Inc. (Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barbershop Quartet Singing in America). They have competed in multi-state district contests on several occasions.
