Former Booster Club Officer Accused of Stealing Thousands
Report: Duluth woman charged with forgery and theft by conversion for stealing $18,000 from Duluth Touchdown Club.

A former officer with the Duluth High School Touchdown Club is facing theft and forgery charges, accused of stealing thousands of dollars in booster club funds.
Christian Antonette Houston, of Duluth, was being held without bond as of Wednesday afternoon, according to Gwinnett County Jail records. She is charged with theft by conversion and third-degree forgery — both felonies — and six counts of fourth-degree forgery.
The Gwinnett Daily Post reported Houston is accused of stealing more than $18,000 from booster club funds from May to December, 2014. Investigators say she allegedly wrote checks to herself and forged the signature of another booster club member or a fictitious name, the Post reported.
