  1. Gwinnett County has a weekend full of fun events. The Atlanta Gladiators will be playing at Gas South District tonight, the Atlanta Model Train and Railroadiana Show will be in town on Saturday, Reba will be performing, and the Chateau Elan Winery is having a Tour and Taste. (Explore Gwinnett)
  2. Thirty people were displaced as a fire destroyed apartments in Gwinnett County. The building was evacuated as fire crews arrived, and no injuries had been reported. Two of the units had heavy fire damage, and two others had damage from smoke and water. (11Alive.com WXIA)
  3. Gwinnett and Snellville officials broke ground on the new library in Towne Center development. The $10.2 million library is funded by both the city and county using 2017 special purpose local option sales tax funds. (Gwinnettdailypost.com)
