Here are the top three stories today in Duluth:
- Georgia residents could see the end of daylight saving time as early as 2023. If passed, Governor Brian Kemp's bill to end the practice will go into effect. (Patch)
- Gwinnett offers a host of pup-friendly patios. Three Blind Mice, Uncle Jack's Meat House, and 45 South Café are just a few of the many restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops across the county that offer accommodations for your dog.
