Here are the top three stories today in Duluth:

  1. A Gwinnett County middle school teacher has won a national award for teaching mathematics and science. Doug Doblar, a Bay Creek Middle School teacher, has been recognized as a 2022 Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching honoree. This recognition is one of two prestigious national awards that honors the hard work and dedication educators play in supporting future STEM professionals. (Gwinnettdailypost.com)
  2. Gwinnett County schools will be hosting multiple COVID-19 vaccination clinics in March at its high schools. The vaccines will be given at no charge and appointments are not required to receive a vaccine. The next vaccination clinic will be held from 3-8 p.m. today at Collins Hill High School.   3. There are two new homes listed on the local market in the Duluth area! If you're ready to house hunt, head to each of these listings' open houses.
