🌱 Gwinnett County Burger Week + Lawsuit Against Gwinnett DA

The quickest way to get caught up on the most important things happening today in Duluth.

(Patch Media)

Hello, neighbors! It's me again, Nicole Fallon-Peek, your host of the Duluth Daily.

First, today's weather:

Cloudy. High: 58 Low: 37.

Here are the top three stories today in Duluth:

  1. Pate, Johnson & Church Law filed a lawsuit against the Gwinnett County District Attorney, claiming the DA unjustly raided retail stores and arrested employees and owners who sell hemp-related products like Delta-8 and Delta-10. The DA seems to be torn on the legality of the products under Georgia law. (11Alive)
  2. This Sunday starts Gwinnett Burger Week. At participating restaurants, burgers will come with a side that the restaurant has chosen to best compliment their burger. Gwinnett Burger Week can be enjoyed by any Duluth resident: no passes, tickets or coupons are required. (Gwinnettdailypost.com)
  3. Five new homes hit the Duluth real estate market this week. Available houses include a $1.3 million John's Creek residence with 5 bed and 5 baths. All five houses have at least five beds and four baths, some with more. (Patch.com)
