🌱 How Bill 510 Can Help Duluth + Search For Hit & Run Suspect
The quickest way to get caught up on the most important things happening today in Duluth.

Hey, neighbors! It's me again, Nicole Fallon-Peek, your host of the Duluth Daily.
First, today's weather:
Partly sunny and warm. High: 71 Low: 50.
Here are the top three stories today in Duluth:
- The Georgia Budget and Policy Institute believes adopting policies to support workers — especially women and people of color — will boost Duluth's economy. House Bill 510, which is sponsored by five Republicans and one Democrat, would create a state earned income tax credit that would support economic justice for women, who often bear the bulk of responsibility for child care, as well as families in the low income demographic. - The Gwinnett Police Accident Investigation Unit is working to identify the driver of a white SUV who hit and killed a Duluth resident on March 1, 2022. Nguyen Phooc Nguyen was hit by a white SUV while outside his residence checking the mail. The suspect left the scene, and Nguyen died due to the injuries sustained during the collision. - Duluth, GA-based agricultural machinery manufacturer AGCO plans to display an array of innovative and farmer-focused Fendt® equipment at the 2022 Commodity Classic in New Orleans, Louisiana, on March 10-12.
