Join us for Duluth’s Halloween event, Howl on the Green on October 27th. The event will take place on Duluth Town Green from 6-10pm. Howl on the Green features Food Trucks, Trick-or-Treating, Costume Contest, Crafts, Live Entertainment, Music and more! Kids events are from 6-9PM.
