Man Fatally Shot In Domestic Dispute At Duluth Hotel

Officers responded to a Duluth hotel, where they say a man was shot to death during a domestic dispute.

DULUTH, GA — A man died in a shooting after a domestic dispute Tuesday at a Venture Parkway hotel, Gwinnett County Police said Wednesday.

The shooting happened in the 3500 block of Venture in Duluth. Police said officers made contact with multiple people inside one of the hotel rooms.

One of those people was 49-year-old Ephrim Forbes, who police said was evaluated and pronounced dead at the scene. Police did not say when the shooting occurred.

No one had been arrested in connection with the incident as of Wednesday, police said. Officers did not release the circumstances that led to the incident.
