Police ID Man Shot, Killed In Duluth
A person has been charged in connection with the case, police say.
DULUTH, GA — A man Gwinnett police say was shot and killed Wednesday evening in the 2300 block of Stephens Center Drive has been identified.
Police are accusing Kobe Williams, 21, of Buford, of shooting and killing Donoven Jones, 18, of Powder Springs.
Officers responded around 6 p.m., when they say they found a man dead in a parking lot with a gunshot wound. Police said a suspect was found near the scene with a gun after authorities were given a description of the suspect from witnesses.

According to Gwinnett police, the shooting was a result of an altercation between the two parties.
Williams is being charged on suspicion of felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, police said.
