Here are the top five stories today in Duluth:
- The City of Duluth has officially signed an agreement with the Friendship Baptist Church in order to demolish the building. (Atlanta Journal Constitution)
- The curtains have risen on our new Gwinnett arts school. The school opened this fall after more than a decade of planning and $15 million to renovate and build an extension on the Central Gwinnett campus. ( The Atlanta Journal Constitution)
- Duluth has rezoned 16 acres for a mixed-used facility on North Berkeley Lake Road. (Atlanta Journal Constitution)

- The Duluth swimming and diving teams rolled to quad-meet wins over Mountain View, Meadowcreek and Discovery last weekend. The Wildcats scored 225 points in the girls meet to finish ahead of Mountain View's 172, Meadowcreek's 45 and Discovery's 33.
