Museum Day Live 2016: Get Free Tickets To Hudgens Center For the Arts
Sponsored by the Smithsonian Magazine, Saturday's event provides unique access to several area museums that typically charge admission.

DULUTH, GA —If you've been thinking about checking out the exhibits and activities at the Hudgens Center for the Arts, Saturday is your chance to do so for free.
Museum Day Live! is a national event sponsored by Smithsonian magazine.
The annual event provides tickets for free admission this Saturday -- September 24 -- to participating museums across the country, including The Hudgens.

The Museum Day Live! tickets, available online at SmithsonianMag, will provide free admission at any participating site this Saturday. You can also search participating museums if you're looking for something else in the area.
Since its organization in 1981, the Jacqueline Casey Hudgens Center for the Arts has grown from a grassroots effort into a thriving arts center.

Originally located in Lawrenceville, the center was moved to Gwinnett Center in 1993. In 2000, an additional 20,000 square feet of galleries, classrooms and performance space was added.
Admission is usually $5.
