Pedestrian Injured After Being Hit By Car In Duluth
The pedestrian was crossing Pleasant Hill Road Friday when cars had the green light.
DULUTH, GA — A pedestrian is in stable condition Friday after being hit by oncoming traffic at Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth Police said.
Police said cars on Pleasant Hill had the green light when the 34-year-old man was walking in the crosswalk and got hit by a car.
The man was carried several feet and landed on the pavement, police said. The driver of the car stayed on the scene and was cooperative, police said.

The pedestrian had serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital, police said.
Duluth Police's Accident Investigation Unit is overseeing the case.
