In a Facebook post, Duluth Police said that, Friday evening, the suspect now identified as McGraw entered the Suntrust Bank and asked to withdraw a large amount of money.
When the teller asked for a withdrawal slip and ID card, the man instead handed over a bag and a pre-written note saying the teller would be shot if he wasn’t given money.
“When the teller hesitated, the male gestured to his waist with his right hand, indicating that he had a firearm,” according to the post.
