  2. I would like to provide you with an update to the story about a skull that was found in Gwinnett County. As a recap, the skull of a missing South Carolina woman was found in Gwinnett County last week. This week, officials in Greenville, South Carolina arrested 42-year-old Michael Wilkerson. He was living in Georgia at the time of the crime and was extradited to Greenville. Although the nature of the murder is still unknown, Wilkerson has still been pinned as the main suspect in the crime. (FOX5)
  3. Looking to make a difference in the world? You are now eligible to help local seniors by volunteering with Gwinnett Health and Human Services. Volunteers will be able to sign up for time slots Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to cook food and deliver the meals to the seniors' homes. (Atlanta Journal Constitution)
  4. Gwinnett County Public Schools has recently kicked off a new COVID-19 tracker on its website in order to keep up with and visualize the developments on the COVID-19 cases throughout the district. This feature really helps you to "stay ahead of the curve," by showing you visual bar graphs, scatter plots, and pie charts to give you the best data. The data will be available on a school-to-school basis and for the district as a whole. (Press Release Desk )
  5. PETA is offering a $5,000 reward for the return of the turtles that were stolen on September 19 from Autrey Mill Nature Preserve. There is video footage of three young men taking the turtles away from their habitat around 6:30 that night. (CBS46 News Atlanta)
