On Tuesday, August 25, Town Center at Cobb will once again open its doors to Kennesaw State University students, alumni, faculty and staff for a special evening of community appreciation. KSU Hoot-a-Palooza at Town Center at Cobb will feature a pep rally and entertainment by Kennesaw State University organizations and offer special discounts and swag bags to guests who show their KSU IDs from 5- 7 p.m. This event is sponsored by U Kennesaw and Carl Black of Kennesaw.

<h2>A NEXT-LEVEL CREATIVE CAMP EXPERIENCE FOR YOUTH</h2>
NextGen Creative Youth Summer Camp 2026 in Norcross, Georgia -- Gwinnett County -- is a hands-on, high-energy summer experience where youth ages 8–16&nbsp;explore animation, artificial intelligence (AI) creative tools, photography, storytelling, filmmaking, and multimedia production — all while creating their own original, screen-ready projects.
This is not just a camp — it’s a creative studio experience.

<ul><li>Dates: July 13–17, 2026</li><li>Time: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM</li><li>Location: Norcross Cultural Arts and Community Center, 10 College St., Norcross, Georgia (Gwinnett County) | Meetings Rooms 1 and 3</li><li>Format: In-Person</li><li>Presented by Urban Mediamakers, Gwinnett County Black Chamber of Commerce, Black Gwinnett Magazine, Camrose Creative Services</li></ul>

<h2>FEATURED PROJECT: CHROMAVERSE</h2>
Campers will collaborate on Chromaverse, a youth-created story universe, expanding it into animated episodes while also creating their own individual creative projects.

All youth projects will be officially screened at the 25th Urban Mediamakers Film Festival (October 2026) — red carpet experience included!
