Woman Charged In Killing Of Duluth Man: Police
Gwinnett Police said Monday the woman is charged on suspicion of aggravated assault and felony murder.
DULUTH, GA — A woman is charged in connection with the shooting death of Mario Acosta-Chavez, according to the Gwinnett County Police Department.
Erika Garcia is being charged on suspicion of felony murder and aggravated assault, police said.
Officers responded around 8:45 p.m. Saturday to a medical call in the 3400 block of Forest Knoll Court, police said. When officers arrived, they found a man laying on the ground near the roadway dead from a gunshot wound, police said.
