Woody's Nursery in Duluth Celebrates 40 Years

Woody's Wholesale Nursery is celebrating 40 years this year.

Opened in 1973 by Frank Bell, Wood's Wholesale Nursery is considered the oldest family owned business in Duluth, according to Gwinnett Daily Post.

Three generations of Bell men have run the business, and it has grown from a small plot on Buford Highway to 13 acres with 40 greenhouses.

On May 18, the well-known nursery will be part of Duluth's "Secret Garden Tour." For more information on the event, click here.
