Work on New Fuqua Development Underway In Duluth

Sugarloaf Market will be located at the Southwest intersection of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and Sugarloaf Parkway.

Fuqua Development has begun initial site clearance activities at the 30-acre Duluth tract it purchased in December 2014.

This new mixed-use development, to be known as Sugarloaf Market, will be located at the Southwest intersection of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and Sugarloaf Parkway.

Approved by the City of Duluth October 2014, Sugarloaf Market will include 330 luxury residential rental units to be constructed by the Worthing Companies, an Atlanta based company with over 25 years of Class A residential construction experience.

In addition to residential units, Sugarloaf Market will include 80,000 square feet of commercial uses anchored bySprouts Farmers Market, a leading food retailer with over 190 stores in 10 states. The Sugarloaf Market store will be the 6th Sprouts Farmers Market in Georgia.

Other retailers that have signed leases with Fuqua Development include Pie 5 Pizza, a specialty pizza company with restaurants in 19 states and OrangeTheory Fitness a workout and training studio offering a state-of-the art facility and equipment.

The Pie 5 Pizza restaurant at Sugarloaf Market will be the first one in Georgia and the OrangeTheory Fitness will be one of over 10 studios in metro Atlanta.

Sugarloaf Market is scheduled to begin retail operations in spring of 2016.
