Toll Road Fees: Georgia Bill Would Make Drivers Pay Indefinitely
A Georgia bill moving through the General Assembly would allow transit authorities to collect fees on toll roads indefinitely, Patch has learned. Senate Bill 183 was approved in the Senate by a 50-1 vote, according to news reports. Usually tolls are approved to pay for specific costs for a period of time, but the new legislation would lift those limitations.
