Dunwoody Named Second Best Suburb for Millennials

Dunwoody has been named as metro Atlanta’s second best suburb for young professionals.

Niche.com recently ranked local communities using metrics such as easiest commutes; access to bars, restaurants and coffee shops; age of the residents; median rent; and education levels among others.

“A high ranking indicates that a suburb attracts millennials with an affordable, diverse community and lots of things to do,” the website says, and Dunwoody is second best in the area.

Another DeKalb community, Doraville, was No. 1, and Decatur was No. 3.
