Hemy Neuman intends to plead not guilty by reason of insanity in the murder of Russell 'Rusty' Sneiderman, according to a story by the Atlanta Journal Constitution. His attorneys filed notice of the plea on today.
Neuman is accused in the November murder 2010 of Sneiderman, 36, who was gunned down outside of Dunwoody Prep, a preschool, shortly after Sneiderman dropped off his 2-year-old son.
