• Fulton County Educates Voters in Recognition of Civic Holidays (fultoncountyga.gov) — Fulton County's voter education team is coming to GSU Perimeter College's Dunwoody campus on September 15 from 1 to 3 p.m. to help residents learn about disability voting rights and get registered. The outreach tour includes dozens of other schools, libraries, MARTA stations, and community sites across the county through September 18, all tied to Disability Voting Rights Week and National Voter Registration Day.
   

• Police: MARTA driver fell asleep before bus crashed in Dunwoody (11alive.com) — A recent MARTA bus crash on North Shallowford Road in Dunwoody left three people injured after police say the driver fell asleep and veered into a tree. Video shows the driver dozing just before impact, and Dunwoody police have charged him with distracted driving and failure to maintain lane while MARTA reviews the incident.
