Photos: Fans Dress as Their Favorite Characters at Timegate
Timegate is a weekend convention for science fiction fans. The main focus of this convention is on two shows in particular, Stargate and Dr. Who.
Timegate began in 2005 with an unexpected 80 attendees. According to Mike Henigan, the Director of registration, this year's event welcomed over 400 guests, a 30 percent increase from last year. Timegate 2011 was held at the on Chamblee Dunwoody Rd.
The convention hosts guest panels, games, group discussions, exhibits, and a masquerade.
