Student from Dunwoody Falls to His Death at Clemson

A Clemson University freshman from Dunwoody died Tuesday morning after falling more than 100 feet to his death at Memorial Stadium.

Michael Joseph Allen was found around 8 am by a stadium employee, reports the AJC.

It is not known whether Allen, 19, fell or jumped, according to the Pickens County, SC, coroner’s office. Foul play is not suspected, but an autopsy is being conducted.

The coroner’s office also said Allen’s body had not been there very long.

Allen was a pre-business major at Clemson.
