Annual MONSTER PROM returns to Atlanta Nov. 14th, 2014

If anyone deserves a wickedly good party, it's got to be Monsters, right?

Shake off your bones and come out for Atlanta’s official post-Halloween haunt party.....the MONSTER PROM. All walks and creeps of life will stagger through The Masquerade’s doors on Nov. 14th as MarksterCon.com hosts his annual Atlanta event (18+) – sure to draw haunt slaves, workers and horror fans out for a post-season romp.

Horror/rock/punker’s The Casket Creatures kick off the night with a performance at 10 p.m., then DJ Ghost and DJ Seraph will keep the evening’s energy high, packing the dance floor till 3 a.m. Numerous monster-themed vendors, drinks and artists will also be on hand. And, of course, there will be a Monster Costume Contest with a Ghoul King & Queen.

Also happening during the post-Halloween MONSTER PROM will be Atlanta’s one and only Monster Make-Up FX Contest. Do you have some talent transforming someone into their true monster and don’t shy away from latex, fake blood and prosthetics? If so, you should enter the contest. You’ll have 2.5 hours to transform your model into any monster to your imagination (no prior make-up application allowed). Novice, student or professional, we’ll have a category for you (requires pre-registration and communication with event producers due to multiple spots and space allowed, etc.) We provide the space, you provide everything else, including model and a make-up team member(s)

In addition to other great things planned during the evening, Shane Morton (of the Atlanta Zombie Apocalypse, Silver Scream Spook Show and Professor Morte) will be the events official GUEST OF HONOR.
