Chamberlain Hrdlicka Boosts Intellectual Property And International Tax Practice Groups With Two Atlanta-Based Attorneys

ATLANTA, April 13, 2015 – The law firm of Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry is pleased to announce the additions of Jennifer Duval Lindy and Daniel M. Robbins as associates in the firm’s Atlanta office. Lindy joins the International Tax practice group, and Robbins is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group, which continues its rapid expansion throughout the Southeast. Over the last three months, Chamberlain Hrdlicka has added seven attorneys firmwide.

Lindy joins Chamberlain Hrdlicka from Ernst & Young LLP, where she spent several years gaining diverse experience in international tax matters. She assists clients with global withholding tax processes, and advises U.S. companies on how to best structure an interest or participation in a foreign venture or investment. She also counsels foreign clients on how to structure their investments and business ventures in the United States.

Lindy earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, both her M.B.A. and her law degree from Nova Southeastern University, her International Law LL.M. from Emory University School of Law and her Taxation LL.M. from University of Miami School of Law.

Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s Intellectual Property practice continues its growth following a record year in 2014 with three new patent professionals added to the practice since January. The group counsels clients in all aspects of intellectual property law.

Robbins is experienced in patent prosecution, including drafting of patent applications, office action responses, appeal briefs and patentability reports. He also has diverse experience with national and international patent applications.

Robbins earned his undergraduate degree from Drexel University, and his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
