As a part of the 147th anniversary of the Battle of Atlanta, a gala will be held at the historic East Lake Golf Club, featuring food, libations and music Banks of Shane.
The week of July 12-17 will be a time of remembrance but also fun with something for everyone including: a 5K run, Van and Walking Tours, a re-creation of the Frontlines with Living History Soldiers, a Historic Music Concert, a chance to “Meet Abe Lincoln”, Civil War to Civil Rights Living History, Author presentations and more.
