Morehouse, Spelman Homecomings Mean Traffic Detours in East Atlanta

Morehouse/Spelman College will be hosting their annual Homecoming celebration beginning at 12:01am Friday, October 17 until 5:00pm Sunday, October 19, 2014, during this event West End Avenue will be closed between Lee Street and Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard and Lee Street, Westend Avenue and I- 20. Route #68 will require a reroute during this time frame.

The reroute will be as follows:

Route #68 from Westend Station to Ashby Station (Outbound)

Cont: Lee St.

Left – Park St.

Right – Joseph E. Lowery Blvd.

Regular route

Route # 68from Ashby Station to West End Station (Inbound)

Cont: Joseph E. Lowery Blvd.

Left – Oak St.

Right – Lee St.
