Saturday was a beautiful cool crisp morning and a perfect day for the Fun Run to raise money for the Sope Creek Elementary School Foundation. The foundation, which was aiming for to raise $35,000 from Saturday's event, uses those proceeds for projects at the school that are not covered by the Cobb County schools budget.
