eVestment Named No. 2 Mid-Sized Employer in Metro Atlanta

Marietta-based eVestment, the global leader in institutional investor data and analytics, has been awarded a 2016 Top Workplaces honor by The Atlanta Journal Constitution, ranking as the No. 2 top workplace in metro Atlanta among mid-sized companies. eVestment CEO Jim Minnick (pictured) was also recognized among special category award winners with a leadership award.

The top workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution and connection.

But to be a top workplace, organizations must meet our strict standards for organizational health. Minnick’s personal workplace leadership recognition was based on the survey question “I have confidence in the leader of this company.” The positivity scores on that statement were higher than any organization of comparable size in the Atlanta market.
