Gold and Silver Depot to Open in Mountain Crossing Shopping Center

Robert White is making final preparations for the opening of his new business, the Gold and Silver Depot.

The Gold and Silver Depot will be located in the Mountain Crossing Shopping Center at 2700 Braselton Highway. The business specializes in the purchase of precious metals, which are then sold to a third party. The business, White explained, does not include a retail store.

"We buy silver coins, 1963 and before," White said. "We also buy any kind of gold -- coins, jewelry, watches."

White, who has another Gold and Silver Depot location in Suwanee, lives in Braselton and said he chose the shopping center site because it was close to home and in a high traffic location.

White expects to open the Gold and Silver Depot on May 13. The business will be located in suite 4 of the shopping center.
