Very simply tell me a story about the best gift you have given or received.
Something extra special for you and the other person or people involved. It can be any gift for any occasion, big or small, emotional or funny. Your greatest gift does not have to be a thing. It could be a random act of kindness, a gift of gratitude or even a heroic act. The story is your’s to choose and should be about your own life experience with a great gift giving moment.

Also, I would like a picture to go along with your story.
If you have a picture of the time the gift was presented that would be fantastic. If not maybe a picture of the gift itself or even the people surrounding the event. If you don’t have a picture that’s fine, if you can tell your story well enough, so all of my readers can get the image of the event in our minds.

If you enter the contest I would ask that you make a comment on each of the other entries. It will not be a requirement to comment, but the comments will help in the decision making. If you are not entering the contest and would like to make a comment about any of the entries that is fine.
If you would like to make a comment about a story/photo entry you can go to the “contact” page and make your comment there. Please specify which story/photo you are commenting on.
How to enter the contest:
Go to http://joyfulgiftsbyjulie.biz/story-photo-contest/ Then write up your story, get a jpeg picture and go to any of my blogs, scroll down to the bottom, enter your story and add your picture in the comment section. (All stories must have a title to help with differentiating of stories). I will then read it over and add it to the Story/Photo Contest Page. All of the approved entries will be on that page for you to see. (If you don’t have a jpeg picture please notify me and we’ll see about getting the picture to me another way)
My husband, Alan and I will make the final judging decision for the winner.
The Prize!!
The prize will be a La Bella Baskets Gift of your choice worth up to $100.
If you win, I will need your phone number and the address you would like the gift shipped too. Only one gift can be chosen. Two or more gifts adding up to $100 are not allowed. No overnight delivery of flowers or any special shipping is allowed.
The prize/gift can only be delivered in the 48 Continental United States. However, an entry can be made from anywhere. All entries must be written in English.
Only one entry per household is allowed.
The contest will run from now until November 27, 2014.
The winner will be announced on December 1, 2014. The winner will be emailed that they have won the contest and the winner will be announced on this site.
Provided the winner gets their information to me by December 7, 2014 and weather permitting, they should have their prize by Christmas.
