Cafe Q is Readers' Choice for Best Sweet Tea

Asian restaurant on Medlock Bridge wins for home-brewed tea.

, a tiny restaurant specializing in Sichuan cuisine, has won Johns Creek Patch's Readers Choice competition with 54 percent of the vote.

According to one reader, the owner brews her fabulous concoction right there in the restaurant, located at 10475 Medlock Bridge Road.

Coming in second place for the Southern staple was another Southern Staple, with 24 percent of the vote.
