Charity Guild of St Ives Undergoes Rebranding
The organization will now be known as Charity Guild of Johns Creek, which describes its members' focus on the community as a whole.
JOHNS CREEK, GA -- The Board of Directors of the Charity Guild of St Ives and Greater Johns Creek has announced it will undergo a change in its branding identity. The organization will formally become the Charity Guild of Johns Creek, and will introduce its new logo and corporate identity during the Johns Creek Business Expo.
The expo will be held Friday, Sept. 29 at The Bricks at Perimeter Church. Over the course of its nearly 25-year history, guild members have raised more than $1 million in funds and in-kind services to benefit local charities (SIGN UP: Get Patch's Daily Newsletter and Real Time News Alerts. During the remainder of 2017, both names and logos may be present while the organization transitions to its new look. The new logo was designed and created by Sue Shirk of Think Tank Communications, a Johns Creek-based graphics and marketing communications firm.

"We are thrilled to kick off our 25th anniversary year with a completely new and refreshed identity," said Phebe Wheeler, co-president of Charity Guild of Johns Creek. “The name now more accurately describes our community focus and our members commitment to serving those in need in our community. Membership is always open to anyone, but now our name makes it more apparent than ever Charity Guild of Johns Creek serves all of Johns Creek and beyond.”

Charity Guild of Johns Creek serves six named local charities, including CHRIS 180, Homestretch, North Fulton Community Charities, Senior Services North Fulton, STAR House and Wellspring Living. Representatives from all charities will be on hand during Friday's Johns Creek Business Expo.
