Chattahoochee Economics Bowl Team Wins State Championship

Hooch Team Defeats Marist In the Finals to Take First-Place Trophy

The Chattahoochee High School Economics Bowl team won the state grand championship at the Federal Reserve Bank in Atlanta March 20. The Hooch team, led by Tim Reeder, team defeated the Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science and Technology in the semifinals and then defeated Marist in the finals to take the championship trophy. Economics Bowl members included Kalen Patton, Tej Guttikonda, Michael Sawchuk and Abhinav Kumar.
