Chattahoochee Math Team Takes Top Spot at Furman Tournament

Hooch Students Compete Against Schools From Across the Southeast in One-Day Event

The Chattahoochee High School math team won first place at the one-day Wylie Mathematics Tournament March 18 at Furman University in Greenville, S.C. Competing against schools from across the Southeast, the Hooch varsity team of Kalen Patton, Sarah Chen, Arvind Ramaswami and Roy Kim dominated. In addition, Patton placed second individually and Ramaswami placed fifth individually.
