Chopin Society Presents Piano Recital Atlanta Symphony Hall

The Chopin Society is honored to present Rafał Blechacz in concert on Sunday, April 15th at 5:00 pm, Atlanta Symphony Hall at the Woodruff Arts Center. Since winning the 15th Fryderyk Chopin International Piano Competition in Warsaw, Poland, Rafał Blechacz has gained the reputation of being his generation’s greatest, most sensitive and versatile performer of Chopin’s compositions. Winner of the 2014 Gilmore Artist Award, Blechacz records exclusively for Deutsche Grammophon.

The program for this exciting and dynamic recital includes Rondo in A minor, K. 511 and Sonata No. 8 in A minor, K. 310 by Mozart, Sonata in A major, OP. 101 by Beethoven, Sonata in G minor, OP. 22, No. 2 by Schumann, Mazurkas Op. 24 and Polonaise in A-flat major, Op. 53, No.6 by Chopin.
