Dahlia - Sweet as Sugar and Ready for A Home of Her Own!

Meet beautiful Dahlia!

Dahlia is a Siamese mix female kitty who is one year old (still a baby, really), and weighs approximately 12 pounds.  She is spayed, litter-trained, up-to-date on all her shots and vetting, is microchipped, and ready to be adopted by a loving, caring family to call her own!

Sweet Dahlia and her sister came to Angels Among Us Pet Rescue as tiny kittens.  While her sister was quickly adopted, little Dahlia was left behind, still waiting ever so patiently for her "forever" home and family.

This feline is wonderful with dogs, and is also good with other cats; however, they sometimes tend to bully her just a bit and she's a lover, not a fighter, so she tends not to fight back or try to take up for herself.  The place you can often find this beautiful girl is safely wedged right smack between two of her Aussie brothers (also fosters) on the couch!

This wonderful kitty is an absolute doll!  And she totally loves attention from her humans.  The good news is little Dahlia is quiet, demure, and loving but is also neither demanding nor insistent on getting the attention she so adores, unlike some other felines who can be quite insistent on taking every moment of your time and attention.

One of Dahlia's favorite things to do is to simply lie or sit quietly upon her foster Mom's back or shoulder and just be content to read along with her Mom - quietly loving every moment they share together.  Dahlia is a very loving, super sweet, very feminine little girl who just wants to quietly adore her human.

The ideal home this precious kitty would be a home with either adults only or older children.  Dahlia does settle in quickly with a new environment but it take her longer to become adjusted to a more noisey, active home with smaller children.  She would also do well in a home with a non-dominant cat and dogs who are very feline-friendly and non-aggressive.  Most of all, she needs a home and family who lots of love and attention to give, and who are looking for a constant, non-demanding but loving companion.  If you're looking to adopt a cat or kitten, little Dahlia would be a perfect, loving companion for you.
