The Fulton County School System has identified 16 schools that can accept transfer students next school year through Georgia’s Quality Basic Education Act (also called House Bill 251).

Approved in 2009, the Intra-District School Choice section of the law allows parents of students enrolled in a public K-12 school to enroll in another school within the district if space allows.
The application deadline is 4:30 p.m. Friday, May 15, and parents will be notified of their child’s transfer status by June 30.

Elementary Schools
- Abbotts Hill Elementary School
- Bethune Elementary School
- Birmingham Falls Elementary School
- Findley Oaks Elementary School
- Love T. Nolan Elementary School
- Mountain Park Elementary School
- New Prospect Elementary School
- Renaissance Elementary School
- Shakerag Elementary School
- Summit Hill Elementary School
- Sweet Apple Elementary School
- Wilson Creek Elementary School
Middle Schools
- Elkins Pointe Middle School
- Paul D. West Middle School
High Schools
- North Springs High School
- Tri-Cities High School
