Deadline Is May 15 For FCSS Open Enrollment Applications

SANDY SPRINGS, GA — Forty-five Fulton County schools have been identified by the system that can accept transfer students for the 2018-19 school year through Georgia's Quality Basic Education Act.

Approved in 2009, the Intra-District School Choice section of the QBE Act allows parents of students enrolled in a public K-12 school to enroll in another school within the district if space allows.

The application deadline is 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 15. Parents will be notified of their child’s transfer status by June 30. Transfer applications are now available online for the following schools:
