JOHNS CREEK, GA -- Woodward Academy's North campus will host an e-cycling drive next month in Johns Creek.

The event will be held at the school's campus at 6565 Boles Road from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 9.
Items that will be accepted during the collection drive include:

- laptops/notebooks/tablets (These are preferred devices for the PowerMyLearning donation program)
- desktop computers & servers
- monitors, including LCDs (see below)
- printers and scanners
- projectors
- digital cameras and camcorders
- mobile phones and accessories
- cables and computer batteries
- software and CD/DVDs
- Kitchen appliances as well as non-LCD TVs will not be accepted at the drive.
PowerMyLearning performs a military-grade data erasing technique and then refurbishes what they can from the items dropped off at the event.
The remaining items are then properly recycled through ePlanet eWaste at a certified recycling facility. For additional details, contact Woodward North at 404-765-4490.
