Elevate Barre Studio To Open Dec. 1 in Johns Creek

Elevate Barre Studio is opening on December 1st and offering free community classes and special promotions all month long.

Elevate’s invigorating workout utilizes light weights and the ballet barre to quickly and effectively shape your entire body. Infused with high-energy music, each class focuses on small isometric movements to fatigue muscles followed by stretching sequences to shape long, lean muscles and improve posture and flexibility.

Owner Colleen Wanek is excited to bring this incredible workout to Johns Creek.

“Barre has completely changed my approach to working out,” she said. “The camaraderie of the group fitness environment coupled with the challenging and ever-changing routine, are an addictive combination. I fell in love with the practice and created Elevate to give women an incredible, full-body workout, a retreat from the daily grind, and a place to gather and meet new friends.”
