MENU - Arugula, Roasted Peppers, Smoked Buffalo Mozzarella, Prosciutto di Parma, and Honey-truffle Vinaigrette served with Pinot Grigio; Saffron Tagliatelle, Rock Shrimp, Anjou Pear, Gorgonzola, and Orvieto-Basil Cream served with Orvieto; Veal Rib Chop ‘Milanese’, Fire-Roasted Cipollinis, Tomatoes, Wild Mushroom Polenta, and Grana Padana served with Chianti; Warm Apple-Walnut Budino and Caramel Gelato served with Rosa Regale.
