Fetus Found in Webb Bridge Road Home
A cleaning crew arriving at the empty rental unit made the discovery inside the freezer.

Alpharetta detectives were called to a Webb Bridge Road townhome complex Friday to investigate the discovery of a fetus found in a vacant unit.
A cleaning crew arrived at the empty Wedgewood unit and discovered the fully developed fetus inside a shoebox in the unit's freezer, said George Gordon, spokesman for the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety. They reported it to Alpharetta police.
Agents from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation have joined local detectives and are processing the scene, Gordon said.
