Final TSPLOST Public Input Meeting On Monday
Johns Creek wants feedback on improvements to include on the proposed Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax list.

JOHNS CREEK, GA -- On Monday, the city of Johns Creek will host the last of three input meetings for citizens to weigh in on possible improvements to include in its proposed Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (TSPLOST) project list.
The city's meeting will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. May 16 at Park Place at Newtown Park, which is located at 3125 Old Alabama Road.
The City Council will review the results of the public meetings and, if the decision is made to participate in the TSPLOST, it will approve the final list and forward it to Fulton County.

Fulton County residents who live outside the city of Atlanta will vote on a proposal to implement a temporary .75 percent sales tax to fund transportation improvements in November.
If approved by a majority of voters, Johns Creek may receive approximately $82.7 million in TSPLOST funds over five years.
