Free Document Shredding Scheduled For Feb. 11

The city of Johns Creek will team up with Keep North Fulton Beautiful for the event, which will be held at Panera Bread.

JOHNS CREEK, GA -- Keep Johns Creek Beautiful will partner with the city and Panera Bread to host a free document shredding service for local residents.

The event, set for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, will also include a chance to recycle cooking fats, oils and grease, fluorescent bulbs and gently-used clothes and shoes. Please note this event does not include electronics recycling.

Properly disposing of cooking fats, oils and grease prevents these items from clogging pipes and causing sewage backup in streets and homes.
