Free Outdoor Fitness Classes Come To Autrey Mill Nature Preserve
Classes, which will start on June 12, will run through September and are open to participants age 16 and older.

JOHNS CREEK, GA -- The Johns Creek Recreation and Parks Division has expanded its free outdoor fitness classes to a new venue.
The department's outdoor fitness series will start at Autrey Mill Nature Preserve. A compliment to the existing outdoor fitness program at Newtown Park, the lineup at Autrey Mill will include Bar-less Barre classes taught by certified fitness instructors from Elevate Barre Studio.
Beginning June 12, classes will be held once a month through September, and are open to participants age 16 and older.

Participants must be over the age of 16 or older on the day of class. If the participant is under 16, an adult must accompany them.
No registration is needed, but all participants are required to sign a waiver prior to the start of the class.

Johns Creek's original outdoor fitness classes will continue at the Newtown Park Amphitheater, and are held on the first and third Sundays of the month through October.
